Giuseppe Rusconi was born in Como on 19 August 1941. In 1965 he graduated in law from the University of Milan (110 cum laude) and obtained his qualification to practice the profession in 1971.
In 1969, together with his friend and colleague Giorgio Mondini, he founded the Mondini Rusconi law firm, where both are still active.
Over the years he has specialized in various areas ranging from corporate and commercial law to tax law, from the real estate sector (and related financial transactions) to that of contracts and arbitration, without neglecting, however, a significant experience in litigation.
